As an RV Technician, you will use your extensive knowledge of recreational vehicles to assist customers via phone and video calls. This role offers a chance to step away from the physical demands of turning wrenches and focus on delivering exceptional service to customers.

Responsibilities:
Provide expert technical support and assistance to customers with RV-related inquiries via phone and video calls.
Troubleshoot and diagnose RV maintenance and repair issues remotely, offering guidance and solutions.
Educate customers on routine maintenance and troubleshooting procedures to help them resolve common RV issues.
Assist in scheduling service appointments for customers with our service centers when needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
Collaborate with other team members and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on RV industry trends and product knowledge to provide the most accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:
Level 4 RV Technician certification or equivalent industry experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
Proficient with computer systems and software for remote support.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of RV maintenance best practices and common issues.
Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
