Job Description:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Subaru models
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and computer issues
- Use Subaru diagnostic scanners, special tools and equipment
- Follow Subaru service procedures and repair manuals
- Provide estimates for repair costs and timelines to service advisors
- Document all repairs in detail, including parts, labor and recommendations on repair orders
- Ensure all repairs meet Subaru quality standards
Required Experience:
- Master Subaru certification
- 2+ years experience as a Subaru technician
- Expert level knowledge of Subaru models and technologies
- Hybrid and electric vehicle repair experience a plus
- Strong diagnostic, problem solving and computer skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Alignment, brake, and suspension system expertise
