We are looking for Experienced, results driven technicians for our VW service team dedicated to producing hours and quality repairs!

Job Description:

Perform routine and complex service, maintenance and repairs on VW vehicles
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and computer issues
Conduct multi-point inspections and road tests
Use VW diagnostic scanners, special tools and equipment
Follow VW repair procedures and manuals
Provide estimates for repair and parts costs and timelines to the service advisor
Maintain detailed documentation and notes on all repair orders
Ensure repairs meet dealership and VW quality standards

Experience:

5+ years experience diagnosing and repairing VW/Audi vehicles
Expert level knowledge of VW mechanical systems, computer diagnostics, and repair procedures
Utilize the latest VW diagnostic tools and equipment
Experience with VW scan tools and software
Hybrid and electric vehicle experience a plus
Alignment, transmission, engine repair and performance modifications
Strong diagnostic, problem solving and computer skills
Excellent communication skills with customers and team
Valid Driver’s License
