Automotive Technician CDJR Level 2 & 3

We are looking for Experienced, results driven technicians to join our CDJR service team dedicated to producing hours and quality repairs!

Job Description:

Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM vehicles
Perform factory level repairs including engine, transmission, drivetrain, performance and electrical system repairs
Utilize specialty service tools and advanced diagnostic equipment for CDJR vehicles
Provide second level diagnostics and troubleshooting on difficult repairs other technicians cannot resolve
Advise service team on repair priority, optimal procedures, and warranty requirements for CDJR repairs
Serve as a mentor and provide training to apprentice technicians
Maintain detailed documentation and notes on repairs performed
Utilize Chrysler diagnostic tools and equipment
Verify vehicle repairs by road testing pre/post repair(s)
Provide repair estimates to service advisors and parts needed for repairs on CDJR vehicles

Experience:

Current CDJR Master Technician certification
5-10 years experience repairing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM vehicles
Expert level knowledge of CDJR drivetrain, chassis, electronic and hydraulic systems
Advanced programming, calibration, and coding ability on CDJR models
Committed to ongoing specialty training to stay current on CDJR technologies
Strong diagnostic, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
