Job description :

Performing work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance to dealership standards
Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnose, maintain, and repair RV systems
Communicate directly with Service Advisors so customers can stay up to date
Provide time estimates for repairs
Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
Provide orientation warranty walk-throughs with customer who have purchased an RV

Experience/qualifications :

Experience in either mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or maintenance work
3-5 years of experience working in a technical field a plus
Have a set of personal tools
The ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods of time
The ability to lift anywhere from 25 to 50 lbs with an assistive device
Work in environments that include heat, cold, dust, and loud noises
Flexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
Neat, clean, and professional appearance
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
